Please make a report using our maintenance form, and include the property, tenant, problem, priority details, and any supporting evidence. Please report all damage and do not attempt repairs yourself as the cost can be passed to you if made worse.

What is the duration of the accommodation contract or lease?
Most of our accommodation leases range between 44 and 52 weeks. You must find someone to fill your vacancy if you wish to leave your contract early. If not, it is mandatory to continue paying rent.

Our accommodation is located no more than a 30-minute walk from the University of Leicester. Most students live in Leicester’s city centre, Clarendon Park, Knighton or Highfields.
