Landlord Property Management: Student Houses
We offer a comprehensive management service with a simple fee structure.
The key benefits of our management service for landlords include:
- Rent paid on time every month – 99.65% rent collection rate in 2021-2022.
- Monthly rental statements.
- Termly property inspections.
- Full maintenance and certificate management during tenancy.
- Marketing under the Student Digs brand across all platforms.
- Unlimited viewings.
- Utility management.
- Guarantors are required for all tenants.
- Photography and 360° virtual tours.
- No let no fee service.

Student House with Joint Tenancy Agreement
- Management fee*: 11.5% + VAT of gross rent.
- Set up fee: £100 + VAT per tenant.
*Note: Discounts are available for landlords with 2 or more properties.

- Let-only fee*: 75% of monthly rent + VAT per tenant (min £295 + VAT per tenant)
Studio
- Let-only fee*: 75% of monthly rent + VAT per tenant (min £375 + VAT per tenant)
