    Please make a report using our maintenance form, and include the property, tenant, problem, priority details, and any supporting evidence. Please report all damage and do not attempt repairs yourself as the cost can be passed to you if made worse.

  • What is the duration of the accommodation contract or lease?

    Most of our accommodation leases range between 44 and 52 weeks. You must find someone to fill your vacancy if you wish to leave your contract early. If not, it is mandatory to continue paying rent.

    All our accommodations offer similar amenities, but we cannot guarantee each property or room will be the same. Some amenities include:
