What Gas, Fire & Electrical Safety Measures Are in Place?
Gas Safety: All gas appliances are inspected regularly. We manage every detail behind the scenes, guaranteeing your safety and peace of mind.
Electrical Safety: From sockets to appliances, we take electrical safety very seriously. We carry out full inspections on all circuits and use Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to check that everyday items such as your kettle, toaster and microwave are completely safe to use.
Fire Safety: Every home includes working smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors (where required) and clearly marked exits. We also make sure fire doors are in proper working order – your peace of mind matters just as much as your comfort.
Some certificates are required to be carried out during your tenancy. However, don’t worry – we will always give notice of access in advance of these being completed.
